The various rooms and suites are ready to be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 8 pm, please let us know. On the day of departure, check-out time is by 10:00 am. In case of late check-out, we charge a supplement equal to 50% of the half board price. For a double room for single use we charge a supplement of maximum € 60.
Please contact us if you wish to bring your pet with you (for an additional fee). Animals are not allowed in the wellness area or in the restaurant.
Italian law states that only those in possession of a valid identification document can be hosted. Therefore, we ask you to present it at the reception desk upon arrival.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
Cancellations up to three weeks before arrival do not incur any costs. A deposit already paid will not be refunded, but will be credited towards a future booking.
For cancellation up to two weeks before arrival, we charge 70% of the total agreed price.
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, delayed arrival or early departure, the entire amount is due.
There are no refunds for meals not consumed.
It is advisable to take out travel insurance together with your booking. Events such as illnesses, accidents or other unforeseen events, even in the family, can occur unexpectedly. With the cancellation policy of our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung, you can protect yourself from these risks.

Our massages are not therapeutic, but wellness based. They can relieve tension and bring the body and mind back into harmony. Please come to the spa reception desk in your bathrobe, where you will be greeted by a spa staff member. If you have booked a massage, we ask you to wear a swimsuit or underwear. To start in the right frame of mind for the treatment, we recommend arriving a few minutes before your appointment time. In case of delay, the treatment may be changed or reduced. Please inform our staff of any illness or pregnancy at the time of booking or before treatment. If you are unable to keep the agreed appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
